Hey there world, my name is Roxanne Leighty and I created Bu, so you can Be You! It's that simple. Let's break the grasp that society has on you, so that you can Bu!​

The Bu logo was created 9 years ago, on a napkin, in a bar, by me. While tending bar, I heard all sorts of stories of who these people wanted to be, but something else changed their course in life. I would ask them, " What is stopping you from being U? Nothing! Go Bu!" Some did and some didn't. A year later, I had the opportunity move south and go be me, so I did.

 

We moved to Charleston, SC and two months later I found out I was pregnant!!! Yup...had my first and only son at 39.  Well that through a monkey wrench into me being me, I had to learn how to be a Mom. By the grace of God, I opened up my heart and mind, and learned how to be me, Mommie style. 

 

Fast forward to 5/2023, when I was let go from my recruiting job, because of corporate restructuring. Have no fear, a friend called me 3 days later and needed some help with her business. So I pulled out my logo, trademarked it, and started a website.

My logo is to inspire the world to be themselves. Go Bu!
