SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping and Delivery 

Order turnaround time is currently 7 - 10 business days from your order date. Shipping has a timeframe of 3 - 5 business days (pending location and weather) Tracking notifications are emailed the day the package is mailed.

Lost, damaged, or defective

Damage and/or defective products, must be reported with in 48hrs, upon receipt of product. Please inspect your order upon receipt, if there are any damages and or defective product(s), they muse be reported with in 48 hrs. Contact us at BuBusinesses.roxie@gmail.com or bubusinesses.roxie.com. You must include photos of packaging, product, and damages/defect. Upon determination of lost, damaged, defective, or wrong product sent, we will make it right. Your original shipping/handling and product cost will not be refunded. We will replace the item(s) and ship it free of charge.

***Please verify your mailing information, because once items have been shipped, we are not liable for any insufficient mailing addresses. An additional mailing fee of $10.00, will be invoiced in order to remail your item(s).***

Returns and Exchanges (Clothing Only)

If wrong size ordered or it does not make you feel like you, you can return/exchange (at same price value). You must arrange and pay for the return. Upon inspection of returned item(s), the new item(s) will be sent back to you, with a flat shipping/handling rate of $7.00.
